What we collect from you
When you book an intro call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, work email and anything you type into the form. If you accept measurement cookies we load the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance; decline and it never loads.
Candidate data we show you
Engineer profiles are shared with your hiring team for the sole purpose of evaluating a hire. Each engineer consents before their profile is presented. You agree not to reuse that data for anything else, not to redistribute it outside your company, and to delete it on request.

Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us. We honor GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and applicable US state privacy law based on your location.
